The short version: Help Me Binge is a personal TV-tracking tool provided as-is. Use it to keep track of your shows. We’re not affiliated with any streaming service, and we do our best but can’t promise perfection.
Help Me Binge (“we,” “us,” the “Service”) is a web application that helps you track television shows and movies across streaming and broadcast services. The Service is operated by Help Me Binge LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company. By using the Service you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
We provide Help Me Binge on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that show information (episode counts, air dates, summaries) will always be accurate or complete. Show data is provided by third-party sources and may change or contain errors.
Help Me Binge is an independent app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Disney+, Apple TV+, Amazon Prime Video, Paramount+, Peacock, or any other streaming service, network, or content provider. All trademarks, service names, and show titles belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: your watch data lives on your device unless you choose to create an account for cloud sync.
We may add, change, or remove features, or discontinue the Service, at any time. We may update these Terms; if we make material changes we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, note it in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Help Me Binge and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Your sole remedy if you’re unhappy with the Service is to stop using it.
Help Me Binge lets you post reviews, comments, discussion messages, a public profile, and private messages (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for what you post, and you keep ownership of it — but by posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share it within the Service as intended. You agree not to post anything unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, or that isn’t yours to share, and not to include private or sensitive personal information in public areas. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms, and we provide report and block tools to help keep the community safe. Private messages are visible only to the participants but are not end-to-end encrypted; please don’t share sensitive information there.
Television data (episodes, air dates, summaries, cast) is provided by TVMaze. Movie data and some localized information is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. “Where to watch” / streaming-availability information is provided by JustWatch. This data is used under the providers’ respective terms and remains the property of those providers.
We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on Help Me Binge infringes your copyright, email hello@helpmebinge.com with: your contact information; a description and location (URL) of the material; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf; and your signature. We will review and remove infringing material where appropriate and may terminate repeat infringers.
The Help Me Binge name and logo, and the design, code, and original content of the Service, are owned by Help Me Binge LLC and protected by trademark and copyright law. “Help Me Binge”™ is a trademark of Help Me Binge LLC (application pending with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office), and the Service is the subject of a U.S. copyright registration. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our branding or the Service without permission. Show and movie titles, artwork, and marks referenced in the Service belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
